Protective Packaging: All prints are carefully wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Flat or Rolled Shipping: Smaller prints are shipped flat in sturdy envelopes, while larger prints are rolled and placed in durable mailing tubes. Canvas & Framed Prints: These are securely packaged in padded boxes to prevent any frame or corner damage. Tracked & Insured: Every order includes tracking, and we insure shipments to guarantee safe delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to your doorstep!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
