These terms apply to your use of the Morning Dive Art website. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse its forms or attempt to access information without permission.
2. Artwork and intellectual property
Photographs, artwork and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use artwork without permission from the rights holder, except as permitted by law. Please contact us about licensing.
3. Products and checkout
Product details, available options, prices and availability are shown on the product pages and at Shopify checkout. Please review your selection and the total before completing your purchase. Colours may vary between screens and physical prints.
4. Shipping, returns and order questions
Review any shipping and return information provided with the product and at checkout. Contact Morning Dive Art if you need clarification before ordering or have a question about an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.
5. Art consultations
A consultation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment or purchase. Any appointment, pricing or commissioned work must be agreed separately. Information you provide may be used to respond to your request. Sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing messages.
